SFO Shuttle is dedicated to training and educating our employees so they can work at their maximum potential.

All new employees receive thorough orientation and training, and even long-term employees are able to take advantage of optional or required training programs.  SFO Shuttle provides a wide range of monthly and quarterly training programs on a wide range of topics, including:

  • American with Disabilities Act Policies and Procedures

  • CHP Regulations Update
  • Handling Emergency Situations

In addition, we offer select employees the opportunity to enter our Management Training Program, a six-module program that develops candidates for SFO Shuttle management positions.  Module topics include:
