SFO Shuttle has been paying close attention to the environment long before it was
trendy to do so.

In fact, we’ve been leaders in many environmentally friendly programs and procedures.  Some of our current efforts include:

• Inherent reduction of single-occupancy vehicle trips through our shuttle services, saving energy and reducing carbon emissions
• Environmentally friendly shuttle buses (natural gas, biodiesel)
• Shuttle bus cleaned in car washes that use recycled water
• Recycling bins available at many shuttle stops
• Energy-efficient light bulbs and motion-sensing light switches installed into corporate offices

In addition to the above programs, our commuter programs are particularly environmentally friendly.  Commuter programs take thousands of private vehicles off the roads each and every workday, reducing traffic congestion and air pollution.  Our commuter buses use biodiesel and natural gas, which reduce particulates and help forward-thinking companies with their long-term sustainability programs.
